Very different from my usual breath-focused method.

Felt light buzz & headache after the session but the feeling was of immense peace, with parts when my thoughts were completely blank.
Felt to be in this blank state for days.

The first 15-20 mins were random cross-talk of thoughts. Was at peak of calmness before the end of 45 mins, relatively dropped from there later.

Today's session felt more like a nap in awakened state. Too many random thoughts which were making no sense after a point.
Towards the end had a panic thought bomb of sorts, but dodged it by focusing and calmed myself.
Also today sat with a back support and at one moment I did fall asleep. Won't sit with support again, think that caused the session to feel like a nap.

Felt quite mindful after the session and the feeling persisted later throughout the day.

Meditation was never a routine for me, now since starting this challenge it has become a crucial part of my day. Loving this.

Mind doesn't make quick jumps between thoughts anymore. It's calmer and thinks a little longer on a thought.

Today was calm for most parts but the last quarter felt terrible.

Today was full of random thoughts, and there was no stopping for them.ย 

Not everyday is going to be the same.
Also these days, I don't get distracted by random sounds around me during the session unlike when I started.

The same stands true during the day managing multiple tasks, it's helping me prioritise and focus better.

Today was the best session ever and the feeling was only of pure bliss and calmness. The mind and body were one.

Most of the thoughts were from the past day or musings.
Atleast 3 bursts of this buzz like feeling passing throughout my brain. One instance where I was on a normal thought and the buzz occurred and sent a signal to my lips to smile.

Was literally mind-blowen and was unlike anything I have experienced before.
I think today it struck me what @naval says is true power of meditation.
