This is a bottle I've been looking forward to trying since I heard of its existence.

There was a gentle hiss of fizz when I opened it, I was warned it was still young, but I couldn't wait any longer, and the kitchen smelled...

....of nothing but raspberries and a hint of smoke.

Just look at that!

The smokey aroma disappeared quickly, but it's there in the background tantalisingly while the smooth sweetness of raspberries takes the centre stage with none of the tart bitterness from the fruit.

This beer doesn't stop there though, the overall flavours may be delicate and light, tempting you in to quaff as a summer refresher, but the body on this holds you back from making a fool of yourself.
