Happy 80th anniversary to the Clown Prince of Crime himself! On this very day The Joker made his first debut in the history of comics in the 1940’s. To me and other people this character means a lot more to us than just some average villain. I wouldn’t be where I am today
-without this character. He has helped me battle depression, made me more confident, helped me out when my self esteem was the lowest. He encouraged me to try other things I wouldn’t even think of doing today, and most importantly, he taught me to smile more. I love this
-character. He means so much to me and other people. I know that may be a dramatic thing to say about a fictional character but it’s genuinely how I feel. Thank you so much to every single one of the actors and writers who have contributed to this amazing villain.
