day 1 - write a poem that is 5 lines or less.
day 2 - redefine a pre-existing word.
day 3 - write a poem from the perspective of another person/write from the perspective of one half of a ship.

this is about newton and hermann's relationship in pacific rim that i watched with al a couple weeks ago. they're two nightmare scientists with repression issues who are obviously in love.
day 15 – write about what you want your future to look like.

i had no inspiration for today and then miss sarah posted that cottagecore photo so here we are i guess
day 16 – write a poem that is either completely or partially dialogue.

i hope you still bake muffins :)
day 17 – set the timer for 10 minutes and write continuously. incorporate the word 'orange'

this is inspired entirely by the fact that i am an enneagram type 2.
day 22 – make a conscious effort to write a happy poem.

i was only 18 when i first moved to new zealand and every time i told someone my name and heard them say it back felt like stacking up the bricks of my new home. this is 100% real except i never bought fancy bread!
day 23 – write a poem around the line "this is the way i loved you."

im a service-oriented lover. i won't say anything and i'll do everything and it always costs me my heart lol. there is no story behind this piece, it just is. also my sister made the collage in the back!
