I’ve reached a new level of Karen with my landlord this morning.

UPDATE: i got a call back from corporate and they said they spoke with my landlord AND my landlord’s boss and said “they must have been confused because they can’t charge late fees right now, stay safe and pay your rent when you can all late fees are being waived.”
