RESISTANCE BANDS:
I get asked about bands a lot and yes I recommend them. There are movements that can be difficult with weights that you can practice with them. Use them as warm ups or an added addition to your work. Depending on the band, you can control the resistance and tempo for even more.
Put it this way. I’ve trimmed up a bit and lost a few pounds now that I’m using jump rope as a part of my warm up routine again. Sometimes I’ll make circuits based around the jump rope.
