#taekookau in which Jeongguk is a popular 80’s rockstar and Taehyung is a gay fashion icon who may or may not have a slight crush on the lead singer of the alt rock group “Euphoria.”
But Taehyung has to try and be discreet about his crush because although the people of the 80’s are becoming more accepting of LGBT+ people (with Taehyung being a major advocate for equality and always protesting for LGBT rights), he still recognised that not everyone was
accepting of his being gay (his parents surely weren’t). This didn’t necessarily matter to Taehyung anymore because he had built a name for himself and made his place in the industry, with his fashion line being one of the most popular of the 80’s. And despite the plenty of men
(and women) all lining up to have their chance with him, Taehyung couldn’t help but allow his little (massive) crush on the alt rock singer to influence his dating choice. Taehyung would be lying if he said he didn’t have a specific type. And oh boy did Jeongguk fit his exact
type: tall, muscular thighs and a strong torso Taehyung would love to see adorning some of his designs, a beautiful honeyed voice that made Taehyung weak at the knees. Taehyung was well and truly whipped for Jeon Jeongguk, although he would never admit it to anyone other than his
best friend Jimin.

Either way, Taehyung and every fan of the band Euphoria were all too aware that Jeongguk was secluded: he kept his private life just that; private. But god would Taehyung love to know if Jeongguk was even in the least a little gay, ‘cause maybe then he’d have
somewhat of a fighting chance against the million other fans of the group. However, Taehyung knew this was unlikely to be true.

Taehyung had only met Jeongguk once, when he was announcer for a music show. The way Jeongguk and his band smiled as they accepted the award made
Taehyung shiver even at the thought of it. Yeah, maybe Taehyung was a /little/ obsessed, not that he’d ever admit it to himself, but you would be stupid to not obsess over Jeon Jeongguk: he was the epitome of perfection.
What Taehyung also knew was that Jeongguk rarely ever attended any events. He was strictly limited to awards shows, and even then he rarely ever attended.

So to say that Taehyung was shocked when he saw Jeongguk sitting at one of his fashion shows - directly in the front row -
would be an understatement. Taehyung was /terrified/. The thought that Jeongguk was sitting right /there/ so close to Taehyung and was attending his award show? That was something that only ever appeared in Taehyung’s imagination.
Taehyung had to ensure that this fashion walk was going to be his best ever yet, he wanted so badly to impress Jeongguk that he could feel himself bordering on hyperventilating because of the anxiety inducing situation. Yet Taehyung tried to remain calm and composed, ordered
everyone around, ensuring that the makeup artists and hair stylists had all done their jobs correctly and that everyone was prepared and ready to present his latest line.
His current fashion line he was presenting was a bit more...risqué compared to anything else he had ever produced, and that was saying something for Taehyung. These outfits were mainly targeted towards performers, singers. And maybe, just maybe, Taehyung designed these outfits
with a certain someone in mind, picturing how they would adorn the lead singer.

Taehyung’s latest fashion was definitely a statement amongst the usual trending 80’s outfits, but that’s what Taehyung was known for and that’s what made him unique.
This fashion line was mainly composed of black and cream lace, sheer tops paired with high-waisted trousers. Everything was covered in glitter, sparkles, expensive diamonds. Taehyung’s most risky design he produced for this line was definitely the leather harness and thick collar
he created and this was definitely inspired by Jeongguk.

Taehyung tried to keep his composure, but he couldn’t help himself but peel every once and a while at where Jeongguk was seated, in the position where he had the best view of the entire show. Jeongguk was regarding the
stage with serious intent, his interest clearly evident. It was obvious this made Taehyung giddy, and he couldn’t help but smile childishly at the thought of getting to display his fashion pieces in front of the world famous singer.
As soon as the lights dimmed and the music began to play as a slow background beat, signalling the fashion show had begun, Taehyung felt as if everything flew by within minutes, but he knew everything had lasted for longer. Either way, Taehyung was extremely proud of himself for
what he had achieved, and it seemed from the reactions to the pieces he created that this was going to be his best line yet and he couldn’t wait for it to get on the market. As the show came to a close and the after party began, Taehyung freshened up (he totally did not try and
make himself look much prettier to try and impress a certain someone he hoped would stay for the party) and he changed his attire to something a bit more eye-catching.

The after party was held in a much larger room off to the side of the main fashion hall. The room was dark and
only lit up by flashing neon lights. Off to the side was a large, open bar for anyone interested (and everyone was definitely interested) and on the back wall was a table of food for people to enjoy. Taehyung’s tummy rumbled at the thought of food as he hadn’t had the time to eat
all day but he also thirsted for a drink (and maybe was thirsting after a certain someone too).

Taehyung approached the bar and, despite being a lightweight and not the biggest fan of alcohol, he still ordered himself a cocktail and moved to mingle amongst everyone.
Plenty of people came and approached him, praising his latest designs and questioning him about the entire process. Others asked him when his clothing would be brought to the markets as they were highly interested in purchasing a few garments.
Hours seemed to pass by and Taehyung felt himself become a little disappointed at the thought that he hasn’t seen Jeongguk anywhere at the party. Currently he was sitting at the bar with another popular designer, laughing over /something/ when he felt an intimating presence
approach him from behind. He felt a tap on his shoulder when he heard a voice say, “Excuse me, Seokjin. I was wondering if I could borrow Mr Kim here for a moment?”

Taehyung’s breath hitched in his throat, he could recognised that honeyed tone anywhere.
Seokjin, the other fashion designer Taehyung had been talking to, smirked knowingly in Jeongguk’s direction before getting up and saying “Sure thing, darling. He’s all yours.”

Taehyung gulped, inwardly shriveling up on the inside because /oh my god how was he supposed to talk to
his crush?/ Taeyhyung then scolded himself for acting like a pre-pubescent boy, told himself that he’s a 25 year old man who made a name for himself and is out here living his best life and that there are thousands of people thirsting after /him/. But Taehyung couldn’t help but
feel nervous still because, despite not being able to see Jeongguk, his presence was still there and it sure as hell was intimidating and Taehyung wanted nothing more than to just /submit/.

Taehyung cautiously swung around on his chair and he definitely wasn’t prepared to see
Jeongguk. Of course Taehyung admires Jeongguk from afar throughout the night, but seeing him up close was something else. His hair was long, carefully curled around his forehead and framed his face. He was wearing a tight-fitted all-black suit that had a few silver linings
downwards on the jacket. And by god, did he look absolutely divine.

Jeongguk gestured to the bar seat next to Taehyung. “Do you mind if I sit?”

Taehyung smiles encouragingly. “Not at all, please sit.”
Despite being the extroverted person he was, Taehyung found that he couldn’t control his nerves around Jeongguk. Jeongguk, who emitted such an excruciatingly powerful aura filled with confidence.

Jeongguk gracefully slid into the seat and ordered himself a whiskey from the
bartender.

“Sorry for interrupting your talk with Seokjin. I just urgently had to talk to you and I couldn’t seem to find the time to do so.”

The bartender returned with Jeongguk’s drink and he took a quick swig of the drink, swallowing it down.
Taehyung desperately wanted to say that he would not care whatsoever if Jeongguk interrupted his talk with anyone at all, but he forced himself to keep his light shit and not say a word that might embarrass himself.

“It’s alright,” Taehyung said, trying to ease the shakiness
from his voice. “How can I help you, Mr Jeon?”

Jeongguk smirked. “You of all people have the right to call me Jeongguk, you know?” he mused.

Taehyung huffed out a laugh. “And I would think that someone as popular as you wouldn’t refer to me as ‘Mr Kim.’” Jeongguk laughed
in response, taking another drink and Taehyung thought he could listen to Jeongguk’s laugh every day, as if it were music. “I’d ask that you call me Taehyung. Saying Mr Kim makes me feel old.” Taehyung pouted and missed the spark in Jeongguk’s eyes in response.
“Alright then, Taehyung,” Jeongguk replied, swirling the liquid of his drink around the glass it was held in. “I need your help with something.”

Taehyung’s interest was suddenly sparked. An opportunity to help /the/ Jeon Jeongguk was something he could not pass up.
Trying to be blasé, Taehyung said “I’d have to hear the request first before I could really now if I can help.”

“Oh, I’m sure you’re more than capable.” Jeongguk’s gaze bore into him, making Taehyung feel like he was being scrutinised. But damn, did he love the feeling.
“I’m not sure if you’d be aware, but my band is preparing for a tour soon since we’re releasing a new record shortly.” Taehyung nearly screamed that he was /definitely/ aware and he couldn’t wait to buy tickets to one of the concerts.

“We, well I, need new outfits for the tour”
Taehyung’s interest was peaked yet again, and he made sure to focus his entire attention on Jeongguk to make sure he didn’t mishear something.

“And after seeing your designs tonight, I was curious as to whether you’d be able to create some outfits for the concerts.”
Taehyung had to force himself to not react immediately and scream “YES OH HOLY MOTHER OF GOD YES” in Jeongguk’s face.

“I’m interested,” Taehyung said. “But first I’d need to know what designs particularly sparked your fascination.”

Jeongguk chuckled, finishing the remainder
of his drink and ordering a new one, this time just a light beer.

“I felt like the entire aesthetic of your newest collection would really fit the theme of our latest album,” Jeongguk informed him. “The whole sheer, lace, black and white...the leather...”
Taehyung gulped audibly, tensing suddenly because oh god did Jeongguk LIKE his leather harness designs? Would Taehyung get the opportunity to have Jeongguk wear those designs???

“I would really like to see if you could come up with some outfits for me...that is, of course, if
you’re interested.” Jeongguk glanced at Taehyung, who had unconsciously moved to sitting on the edge of his seat in anticipation.

“Of course we’d come up with some sort of payment contract, but the tour begins in three months.”
Taehyung blinked, eyes wide because three months isnt a long time to design and produce outfits for a whole entire world tour.

“I know, it’s very short notice,” Jeongguk said, seeming to notice and understand Taehyung’s shocked reaction. “But, I would raally love if you were
the one to design these outfits... and if you are interested, I’d really like if we’d start immediately or my company is going to have my head in for not finding a designer for the tour.” Jeongguk chuckled, acting lightly despite the situation. But Taehyung could tell Jeongguk
was tense and that he really needed a designer.

“In fact, and this is a little embarrassing to admit, but I told my company to wait til after your fashion show because after seeing your previews, I knew that I would the designer to be you.” Taehyung may have been hallucinating
but he swore he could see a faint blush across the pale skin of Jeongguk’s face.

Taehyung took a moment to contemplate the situation. It’s Jeongguk, so of course he’s leaning towards taking the opportunity, but he’d be lying if he said the time frame didn’t scare him.
Taehyung felt as if he already knew his descision, despite the few reservations he held. He could never find it in his soul to say no to Jeongguk, even if this was only his second encounter with the man. He knew he would take up this opportunity because he’d be damned if he never
got to see Jeongguk in at least one of his designs. So he looked Jeongguk directly in the eyes and responded, “Meet me at my studio at 9am sharp and I’ll see what I can do for you.”

Jeongguk’s responding smile was enough to send shivers down Taehyung’s spine.
—————
To say Taehyung was anxiety-ridden was an understatement. He was so beyond stressed, nervous, absolutely terrified that he had created a new definition for the words. It totally wasn’t like he had woken up at 5am in the morning just to go straight to his studio and prepare
it for Jeongguk’s arrive in /four hours time/. It wasn’t like he cleaned his studio, scrubbing every nook and cranny, until it was spotless and shiny and clean. He totally did not do that.

However, by the time Taehyung had prepared everything, he was left with half an hour to
shower and dress for when Jeongguk arrived. Luckily, Taehyung had taken the time last night to pick an outfit for himself so he wouldn’t be frantically freaking out over what he was going to be wearing.

Taehyung didn’t want to appear over the top in his outfit but he did want
to accentuate his goods. So he opted to wear tight-fitting black dress slacks that did good for his ass and highlighted his waist and he chose a shirt he hadn’t worn yet. It was a baby pink dress shirt, except the sleeves were sheer and decorated with lace patterns.
Taehyung loved wearing nice things, it did well for his self-esteem and boosted his confidence. He always felt pretty when he wore lace garments.

By the time Taehyung had showered and dressed, styled his hair and applied some light makeup, it was five to nine.
Taking one last glance at himself in the mirror, Taehyung exited the adjacent bathroom from his studio and was surprised to see Jeongguk waiting outside the door to his studio.

Sighing shakily, he gave himself another once-over before hurrying towards the door and letting
Jeongguk inside. And by god, was Jeongguk one gorgeous man. He was adorned in a simple white t-shirt and the tightest fitting dark blue skinny jeans that hugged his muscular thighs /perfectly/. Jeongguk looked so perfect despite wearing such simple clothes: Taehyung envied him.
Taehyung suddenly felt terribly overdressed but he told himself he was allowed to be: he was a popular fashion designer after all.

“It’s nice to see you again, Jeongguk,” Taehyung greeted guiding the singer over to his desk where he had placed a portfolio of his chosen designs.
“You too, Taehyung.” Jeongguk took his place in one of the provided chairs, Taehyung nervous wiping his palms against his slacks because /fuck, Jeongguk was intimidating/.

Taehyung glanced around nervously, unsure of how to continue.

“Um, last night you weren’t too specific
in the designs that you wanted, so I picked some from last night’s show as well as other pieces from previous collections and...a few personal ones that I haven’t released but thought would work well.”

Taehyung’s face was flushed, because he was terrified about what Jeongguk
would say about his chosen designs. Taehyung has never been this worried over other’s opinions before but he sure as hell was nervous now. Would Jeongguk like the pieces he chose? What would happen if he didn’t like anything?
Taehyung nervously rambled on, “from what I’ve heard of your music—“

“You’ve listened to our albums?” Jeongguk cut in, tone serious as his gaze bore into taehyungs.

Taehyung bludged. “Yeah I’m...actually a really big fan...”
Jeongguk smiled warmly. “Cute...” he mumbled to himself, too low for Taehyung to hear.

“I didn’t picture you as someone who listens to Alt Rock,” Jeongguk said aloud.

“I’m not usually...it’s just your music is a lot different from everyone else’s.”
“I’m glad you like our music,” Jeongguk told Taehyung genuinely.

Taehyung smiled shyly, his original point long forgotten.

“But um...as I was saying,” he began, stuttering through his words. “From the music you make, I decided that the black leather and sheer fabric would
“suit your band’s aesthetic the most. Maybe some gold or silver accents throughout it, whichever your preference is...but your lack of specificity made it kind of difficult for me.” Taehyung hoped Jeongguk wasn’t offended by what he said, but he always remained honest with his
clients. And that’s exactly what Jeongguk was...a client.

Jeongguk nodded along to his words, seeming to absorb everything Taehyung said. “I purposely wasn’t specific. I was curious to see what you would come up with. Without my preferences.”
Honestly, Taehyung hated that in a client. He wanted his clients to tell him what /exactly/ they wanted, because it made his job a hell of lot more easier. But since it was jeongguk, Taehyung couldn’t find himself becoming annoyed.
Taehyung sat down in his chair and opened the portfolio. “Well,” he began, “these are my sketches from last nights show that I thought would work well as outfits for you.” Taehyung slid a few sheets of paper over to Jeongguk, allowing him to peruse the designs.
Jeongguk smirked knowingly. “These were actually my favourite pieces of yours from last night.”

Taehyung inwardly gave himself a pat of the back, pleased to know he had done well.
For another hour, they went over the different designs Taehyung had chosen, saying nay to a few and yay to others. Jeongguk was blunt in what he liked and disliked, and Taehyung admired that. Although it did hurt his pride a little when Jeongguk didn’t particularly like some of
his chosen pieces. But this wasn’t about Taehyung.

Jeongguk was helpful in suggesting modifications to the different pieces to make them unique for his band as well as to make it fit their aesthetic more.

Taehyung was nervous to show Jeongguk the last few pieces tho.
These were some more raunchy styles, a bit more revealing and they definitely wouldn’t be accepted by the general 80’s community. But these were some of Taehyung’s personal favourites, however he has been to nervous to release them to the public.
Taehyung was hesitant in showing the last designs to Jeongguk and he made sure to explain why. Jeongguk was interested though, and promised not to judge Taehyung too harshly.
The first piece Taehyung presented was a full-body black leather harness that was started as a collar and lead down to wrap around the waist, leading towards thigh garters. Taehyung knew that Jeongguk would look amazing in this, preferably wearing a simple black turtleneck and
skinny jeans underneath. However, it was a matter of whether Jeongguk would approve or not.

Jeongguk scanned over the design intensely, assessing every detail before looking up at Taehyung again.

“This would have fit in perfectly with last nights show.”
“Oh, I definitely know,” Taehyung informed Jeongguk. “I just felt this was a lot more risky to put in. I mean, I already included a smaller harness and collar. I felt this one would be too much for the simple minded folk of this era.”

Jeongguk’s responding laugh made Taehyung
grin brightly in return.

“I mean, you’re definitely right. This is a lot more sexual than most people would be able to handle. But...”

Taehyung could safely admit that he was the edge of his seat, awaiting Jeongguk’s response. “I happen to love it and would love to include it
in the chosen outfits.”

Taehyung left out a shaky breath he hadn’t realised he was holding, suddenly extremely relieved by Jeongguk’s choice.

“You seem pleased.”

“I have to admit, I am. I thought that this one would...perfectly suit your physique.”
Taehyung didn’t give Jeongguk a chance to respond, too embarrassed that he actually just said that aloud. Instead he moved onto his next choice, which was even more controversial than the first.
The next design was a fully sheer shirt, in the structure of a regular dress shirt. It was black in colour and had lace embroideries along the sleeves and two specific ones to cover the persons nipples.
Taehyung was slightly ashamed to admit that Jeongguk has inspired this particular shirt, because Taehyung would die to see him wearing it.

Apparently Jeongguk didn’t need a long time to consider this choice, because it was a quick yes on his part. Taehyung inwardly cheered.
“This next one is even more...risky. Definitely risky. Im totally not going to be offended if you say no.” Taehyung’s hands were slightly shaky as he slowly handed over the sheet of paper to Jeongguk.
This design was one of Taehyung’s favourites. It was something he would wear personally and maybe has worn in the privacy of his own home. But for a male to wear it out in public would definitely cause a lot of heads to turn.
The design incorporated low-cut ripped jeans and high-waisted fishnet stockings. Jeongguk seemed surprised as he viewed the piece but seemed immediately fascinated by the outfit.

“I mean...you weren’t kidding. But fuck, Taehyung...this one is /good/. It’s a definite yes.”
Taehyung’s body immediately let go of all the tension it held and he instantly sighed in relief. God, Jeongguk was being so kind and hadn’t judged him at all for any of his pieces.

“Really?” Taehyung said hopefully. At Jeongguk’s responding nod, he continued “I’m really glad
that you like it Jeongguk.”

The last few pieces Taehyung had to show were nothing super controversial. Just a few leather fits and a collar design but eventually they had gone through every design Taehyung had picked for Jeongguk to peruse.
Glancing at the clock, Taehyung noticed it was 1pm. /wow/. They had been doing this for over four hours. Taehyung was suddenly acutely aware of the grumbling of his stomach. Damn, he was starving.
Jeongguk has heard Taehyung’s tummy rumbling, and he giggled cutely. “Someone’s hungry i hear.”

Taehyung blushed, embarrassed he couldn’t control the noises his body made.

“Yeah, could definitely use some food.”

“Wanna go grab lunch?”
Taehyung nearly screamed in excitement, nearly fangirled like a teenager because /did the jeon Jeongguk just ask to go get lunch with him/? This was definitely an opportunity he couldn’t refuse.
—————
Taehyung and Jeongguk went to eat at a small diner near his studio. Taehyung could proudly admit that he had a lot of fun having lunch with Jeongguk. The laughed and chatted and everything became a lot more comfortable between them.
Being the gentlemen that he was, Jeongguk walked Taehyung back to his studio.

“I’ll have to see you tomorrow to take your measurements so I can begin the designs. Once I have a few done I’ll contact you so you can come try them on.”
“Thank you so much for your help today, Taehyung,” Jeongguk said, smiling at Taehyung, his cute bunny teeth sticking out. “It really means a lot that you’ve put this much effort in already. My company has also started drawing up a contract, hopefully I’ll be able to get it to you
in the next few days.”

Taehyung nodded understandingly. “No rush, Jeongguk. ‘M happy to help.” Taehyung pauses for a moment before saying ‘fuck it’ and adding on “I had a lot of fun today Jeongguk. A lot more fun than I’ve had in a long time.”
“I’m glad that /I/ was of assistance today, Taehyungie.”

/Taehyungie/.

Yeah, Taehyung could get used to hearing that nickname a lot more often.
[continued #taekook #taekookau]

It had been less than 24 hours since Taehyung had last seen Jeongguk but he was already missing the presence of the other man. Taehyung could safely admit that he had such a fun time hanging out with Jeongguk; they had so many laughs and just got
along with each other perfectly.

Taehyung was practically craving the presence of the other man. Yet, he was still extremely nervous for todays meeting. He had almost been dreading this moment since Jeongguk left yesterday.

Today was fitting day. That meant Taehyung had to
actually touch Jeongguk. He wasn’t sure how he would get through this without combusting on the spot. And since these were going to be custom outfits, Taehyung had to measure /everywhere/. God, he was sure to fuck up at some point.
Taehyung made sure to arrive at his studio early, just has he had done the previous day. However, he dressed a lot more comfortably today, in a loose long sleeved jumper and jeans.

He was feeling a little giddy today as well, and maybe he went out of his way to prepare some
drinks and snacks for Jeongguk. Only because he was a client and totally not because he had a very slight, tiny crush on the other male.

Jeongguk arrived right on time, just as he had done yesterday. He entered Taehyung’s studio with a bright smile on his face that was a stark
contrast to his all-black outfit.

“Hiya Taehyungie,” Jeongguk greeted and Taehyung swore his heart stopped for a moment.

“Hey Jeongguk,” Taehyung smiled. “Come over time the fitting area, we’ll get started right away.”
Jeongguk walked over to a more closed off area of Taehyung’s studio, where you wouldn’t be able to see anything from the windows that lined the front of the shop.

Taehyung had set up a small table of his refreshments and snacks, and blushed as he saw how utterly pathetic it
appeared.

“I um, have some snacks if you want some...” Taehyung mumbled. “And I can get you some coffee if you want.”

Jeongguk smiled, endeared by the cute blush that coated Taehyung’s soft cheeks. “Thanks, Tae. Water will be fine for me though. I don’t really like coffee.”
Taehyung looked up at Jeongguk, surprised. “Really? Me too.”

Jeongguk chuckled, bemused by how cute the elder man was.

Taehyung was suddenly shy by his reaction, and proceeded to move on.

“So before I get to actually making your outfits, I’ll need to take your measurements.”
Jeongguk nodded, walking closer to Taehyung.

“If you could please take your shoes off and come stand over here?” It was meant to be an order, but it sounded more like a question. And Jeongguk was amazed by how adorable the other male was.
“I like it when you boss me around.”

Taehyung spluttered, choking on his own salvia out of shock. Did...did Jeongguk really just say that? Completely embarrassed and shy, Taehyung couldn’t help when his face turned a bright red and he looked away from the younger man.
“I’m kidding, Tae,” Jeongguk said upon noticing Taehyung’s reaction. “Relax, okay Taehyungie?”

Taehyung looked up at Jeongguk with wide eyes, and the younger thought he had to be the prettiest man he had ever seen.

“Mkay,” Taehyung mumbled, taking out a measuring tape.
“I’m just gonna have to take your basic measurements, like chest width, waist and hip width, but since these outfits are specifically for you I’ll have to take some others as well...” Taehyung trailer off, too nervous to say what he was specifically referring to.
“If anything makes you uncomfortable, please just tell me, okay?”

Jeongguk wanted to tell Taehyung that nothing he could do could ever make him feel uncomfortable, but he didn’t want to make the poor man any more anxious than he already was.
“Do what you have to do, Tae.” Jeongguk smiled encouragingly, hoping to ease some of Taehyung’s anxiety. Little did he know that he made Taehyung even more nervous. He wanted so badly to impress the singer.
Taehyung began taking measurements he was comfortable with. Started with neck width, arm lengths and widths, and moved onto chest width. Taehyung had to stop himself from reacting to the measurements because, damn, Jeongguk was a fit boy. The whole process was relatively quiet,
Taehyung only making small comments here and there. When Taehyung got to measuring Jeongguk’s waist...to say he was shocked was an understatement. The man had such a slim waist, even as slim as his own. His throat was suddenly dry.
“Wow, tiny,” Taehyung muttered to himself, forgetting that Jeongguk could here.

Jeongguk was surprised for a second. “What is?”

Taehyung blushed. “Uh, nothing, don’t worry.” He continued moving on to measure hip width, trying to make Jeongguk think nothing of what he just
said.

“Tell me,” Jeongguk demanded. Well, more like requested. The singer was too nice to demand anything of the cute, anxious designer.

“Your waist,” Taehyung said. “It’s /so/ tiny.”

It was Jeongguk’s then to blush now.
“My, uh, fans tell me that a lot...ive never believed them though.”

Taehyung merely made a sound that he heard what Jeongguk said, not responding verbally. He was now mentally preparing himself for the next step.

Measuring the width of Jeongguk’s thighs.
This required him to be on his knees, so he could also measure leg length and other widths of the man’s leg. Normally this wouldn’t bother taehyung, but as a gay male who was /extremely/ attracted to Jeongguk, he could confidently tell himself that he would /love/ to be on his
knees for a Jeongguk, but in a completely different situation.

“Im gonna have to measure your thighs now,” Taehyung said quietly, nervous. Jeongguk simply nodded, watching as Taehyung positioned himself on his knees, motioning for Jeongguk to part his legs so he could use the
tape measure. Taehyung gulped, finally coming face to face with Jeongguk’s thighs. And damn, did he have some solid thighs.

Taehyung was cautious as he wrapped the tape around one thigh, noting the measurement and writing it down.
However, he could feel a pair of eyes on him, and when glancing up, he saw Jeongguk’s stare baring into him.

What Taehyung didn’t know is that Jeongguk was having a difficult time seeing Taehyung on his knees in front of him. Any man, gay or not, would react to seeing such a
pretty man on their knees for them. Jeongguk just wished it was a different circumstance.

Taehyung was quick to move onto his next measurements, completely flustered. He finished up sooner than he thought, and began finalising the sizing.
“That’s all done for today, Jeongguk,” Taehyung said as he stored away his measurements in his desk. “I’ll be sure to start right away on our agreed designs.”

Jeongguk nodded. “Thanks again, Taehyung. I know this must be difficult to do on such short notice. I really do
appreciate your help.”

Taehyung smiled. “Of course, Gguk,” he said, letting the nickname slip past his lips. He pretended to ignore it, but the blush rising high on his cheeks said otherwise.

“I’ll let you know when I have a few designs done so we can check sizing, but I hope
I’ll have all the outfits done in two months? Maybe less. It all depends on my schedule though. This will definitely be a priority though.”

Yet again, Jeongguk thanked Taehyung profusely, who accepted the thanks shyly.

“Feel free to stop by whenever, though,” Taehyung said.
“I enjoy the company and it’ll be good to know your thoughts throughout the process, yknow, in case you don’t like something or change your mind.”

“Of course taehyungie,” Jeongguk replied warmly. “I’ll stop by in a couple days anyway with the contract about the payment.”
Taehyung completely forgot he was getting paid for this job. It honestly felt as if he were simply doing a favour for a friend.

“If there are any problems with the contract, we can discuss it and I’ll talk to the company about it.”

“Im sure it’ll be fine, Ggukie.”
Jeongguk smirked. “I like that nickname. Use it more.”

Taehyung flushed for the fiftieth time that morning.

“Okay, Ggukie.”

“I’ll see you soon, Tae.”

“Bye...”

———————————
Over the course of the next month, Taehyung worked diligently on designing and mastering Jeongguk’s outfits for his tour. He spent hours upon hours on perfecting fabrics and sizing and design. He was still waiting for some materials to arrive, such as the leather for the harness
and the collar. But with all that said, Taehyung had made much progress.

Jeongguk, surprisingly, dropped by Taehyung’s studio often. Taehyung couldn’t complain though, because over the last month he had become quite close with the alt rock singer.
Jeongguk was especially interested in Taehyung’s life and interests and hobbies. He always asked questions as Taehyung was making Jeongguk’s clothing pieces, but Taehyung was always happy to answer.

Jeongguk was also particularly interested in Taehyung’s liking for his bands
music.

Taehyung was pretty embarrassed when answering questions about the group “Euphoria’s” music, but Jeongguk always manages to squeeze the answers out of him. Whether through bribes of food, tickling, or just his overall amazing appearance, Taehyung always gave in.
Jeongguk managed to get Taehyung to tell him his favourite song, album, whether he had been to any concerts, and more. Of course, Taehyung was only slightly ashamed to admit he has been to all of their concerts, but the smug look on Jeongguk’s face after his admission made him
forget any shame he may have had.

Taehyung had already finished nearly half of his outfits for Jeongguk, and they had already had a few fitting sessions. And to say Taehyung was proud to see the famous singer adorning his designs was an understatement.
Taehyung was unable to say which his favourite outfit was so far, but he knew the ripped jeans held a special place in his heart. But there were still more outfits to trial. Taehyung just had to finish them first, and he knew he would put in his best effort. Not for himself, but
for Jeongguk.

——————————

Nearly two months had passed and Taehyung was more than proud to announce that he had finished all the outfits for Jeongguk. Today Jeongguk and the rest of his band, their managers and stylists were coming to see Jeongguk trial his outfits.
Taehyung had finished a lot earlier than he had originally expected, since certain pieces where done by other manufacturers, ie. the leather designs.

So with his spare time he may or may not have come up with a few pieces for the rest of the band, including thigh garters and
leather chokers for them, too.

Taehyung was extremely nervous to see Jeongguk adorn all of his completed designs, but he was even more scared to see the reactions of everyone else.

Jeongguk has reassured Taehyung that if he loved the outfits then everyone else will, but
Taehyung was not too sure. He knew how close minded people were. But he reminded himself that he was known for being controversial and that he needed to /embrace it/.

So now, on a Wednesday afternoon, everyone was gathered at Taehyung’s studio, readying themselves for see
Jeongguk’s completed looks.

Taehyung was on standby, knowing that Jeongguk would need some help with some of the fits, like the harness and collar.

Slowly, one by one, Jeongguk began to /model/ each outfit for everyone. And by god, if he hadn’t become a singer he sure as hell
would have become a professional model because no one looks /that/ good.

Taehyung was surprised to see that everyone was extremely impressed by his designs. Taehyung knew he was good at what he did, and he was never ashamed to admit that, but he knew his outfits weren’t for
everyone. But to see Jeongguk’s crew and bandmates praising Taehyung’s designs made him feel warm and fluffy inside.

The afternoon slowly turned into evening as Jeongguk continued to show off his new tour outfits, and Taehyung’s cheeks were warm as he saw how proud the younger
male was at wearing Taehyung’s designs.

But now it was time for the big finale, including the fishnets, harness and collar. Jeongguk called Taehyung in for some help, and Taehyung knew that Jeongguk noticed how shaky his hands were.
Taehyung would never get used to being so close to the singer. His heart always fluttered and his cheeks were always red whenever he helped Jeongguk into one of his outfits.

This feeling had become especially prevalent as time went on and Taehyung continued spending more and
more time with Jeongguk. To say his small crush had developed into an intense liking wouldn’t even explain half of what Taheyung felt for the singer. Taehyung was infatuated.

How on earth was he supposed to deal with this feelings? Because he knew for sure that Jeongguk didn’t
feel the same way he did. Sure, they had become close friends over the past couple months but that’s just it. /friends/.

Taehyung adjusted the harness onto Jeongguk, tightening the straps so they accentuated his slim waist perfectly.
Everyone was shocked by the next piece, of course they were, but no one had a bad word to say about it, only praise. And as they modelled the next two designs, everyone remained equally impressed.

Taehyung had never felt such pride or happiness in his entire career.
