I hope that you are well and are making the most of your time at home. It has been a very strange week – I have missed teaching more than I thought possible.
If I have learned one thing this week, it is BALANCE! That doesn’t mean that I’ve been practising standing on my head all day (although it might come to that at some point) – it’s about finding a balance of activities to keep both my mind and body healthy.
I am sure many of you are starting the day with Joe Wicks but please remember to check out https://cloudsideacademy.co.uk/home-learning-pe/ for more ideas. Please remember to BALANCE cardio (working your heart) with relaxation activities like yoga or meditation.
Over the next few days, I am also going to post a short video on Twitter with a new physical challenge for you to try every day. I would love to see videos of you taking part.
