#PMCares fund was formed under the nature of Charitable Trust falling u/s 80 G(5) of the IT Act where a contributor can get only 50% Deductions.
The ordinance was pased for the benefit of the public so they can get 100% deduction.

#PMCares fund was formed under the nature of Charitable Trust falling u/s 80 G(5) of the IT Act where a contributor can get only 50% Deductions.
The ordinance was pased for the benefit of the public so they can get 100% deduction.
Even the upper limit of 10% GTI has also been removed. So a person can donate for a cause and get 100% deduction as well.
This is done to promote more donations for the cause. But he has a problem.

So guys, if you want to question a FUND just coz you cannot digest the name of the fund,do your independent analysis first and stop following these activists who are there to deceive
