I met Janie 3 months after splitting with my ex fiancé of 3 years, Yuridia. During those 3 years I had been taking care of her son, Erin. Her sons dad erick had been a no-show in his life so, I stepped up to fill those shoes. What I didn’t know was that he was also Janie’s ex

boyfriend. Yuridia, mother of my youngest daughter Brielle has been trying to sabotage me as a person and parent for the last year or so. She became this way after we had discovered I had a kid that was conceived before the start of our relationship.

We agreed to taking this on together and parenting my child who was just recently discovered. That also meant coparenting with my child’s mother.

The instant threat of me having a kid by another woman became so apparent in our everyday life. This started to pull Yuridia’s insecurities to the surface. She became controlling to the point that she preferred to handle the dealings between my daughters mother and I. Which led

to tension between the biological parents. Not understanding the desperation I had to be a father, she too would come between me and my child. I went 5 months without seeing my oldest daughter as a result of me listening to my “wife to be”.

At home there would be constant arguments leading up to my hearing. I started to lose my shit without seeing my child as my youngest wasn’t here yet. The only stipulation I had in order to see my child up until taking her mother to court, Was that I pick her up and drop her off,

which my “wife to be” wouldn’t even allow that. The smallest gesture in favor of my child’s mother would send Yuridia spiraling. Our relationship would constantly be in question even at the thought of me picking up my daughter.

We then split after the next year but had still continued to mess around.(This is when shit gets spooky) During this time I started to see weird logins on my socials and also figured out my location was being shared without my knowledge.

After figuring out my privacy was being invaded I decided to cut all ties other then our coparenting relationship for our daughter. Knowing that, Yuridia decides to now make it difficult in regards to me seeing my daughter. Medical information started to be withheld and pick ups

and drop offs became harder as I have just now started to date. This is when my custody battle began for my youngest daughter Brielle. Always reassuring that I was a good father, Yuridia suggested if I didn’t trust her that we go through the courts for 50/50 custody.

I proceed with the suggestion as at this time Yuridia started to try and control a great deal of how I could see my daughter. Even at one point wanted our daughters on different schedules. She did this to try and limit my activity on my kid free weekends by now throwing my kid on

a schedule she wasn’t familiar with without her sister. (This is where Janie comes in) In the midst of everything I’m going through I get a DM saying “Your BM don’t like me” I’m curious so I ask which one? She responded with “both” I should’ve stopped right there but I didn’t.

She proceeds to tell me how she knows who I am, and how her knowledge of me came to be. Fast forward and now we are messing around for the next couple months.
This consisted of a couple dinner dates and a trip to Mexico around July sometime. Over this time I start to get a really

really good look at who I was dealing with. She had a very pretty face and was funny as hell but lacked all the real essential building blocks of a person I was looking to move forward with. Realizing that she wanted to be nothing more then a Twitter comedian and still had no job

and no intentions of getting one so I decided to cut her off. That didn’t go well at all, it was followed up with countless subtweets about me and my kids as Janie was not used to being dubbed. I found interest in a woman in which I had known for 3 years prior. This was the

First time she had been single or I had been single in over 3 years. (This is where Amber comes into play).We hit it off instantly being so like minded and goal oriented. Then as you guessed it while it’s looking like I finally found a good woman, I get the DM from Janie saying

she was pregnant which I didn’t believe as she was still going out and partying. I had to know forsure so I slid over with a test to see for myself. Now we had a decision to make or more or less she did. Knowing she wasn’t ready for a child and that I was not looking

to be with her we decide on the abortion. That same week I would be celebrating my daughters joint birthday with my shorty and family in California at Disneyland. Also at the same time Janie would be going for an ultrasound to see how far along she was.

Janie proceeded to ask me who I was going with and being as though she wasn’t my girl, or anyone I owed and explanation to. I replied “My family”. The trip was placed solely around my youngest daughters birthday, who was not allowed to go due to Yuridia not allowing her as our

court order was not yet in place. Nonetheless we proceed to go even though my oldest daughter desperately wanted her sister by her side and was disappointed that she wasn’t coming along. Fast forward to Cali we are having a great time! I got my family with me and my new girl who

everyone seemed to love. I get a call from Janie telling me how far along the pregnancy was but yet the option was still on the table as far as the abortion. Me still being pro-choice and wanting no ties to Janie as I was already familiar with how she was and knew us having a

baby was a bad idea. Regardless I do understand it is a woman’s choice and the decision was ultimately up to her. In the midst of this happening me and my queen had posted a picture on IG. Janie seen the picture and felt betrayed and proceeded to block me without informing me

what decision she was making in regards to the pregnancy. She justified this action by stating that because I was involved with Amber, I should not look to know what is going on in regards to her And possibly getting the procedure done. In the midst of this I had a family court

hearing with Yuridia to attend before our official trial date where i was then served an order of protection from Janie who was weirdly right beside Yuridia in the mediation waiting room. So obviously Janie linked up with Yuridia because she was mad that I was with someone else.

I say this be cause she knew me and Yuridia had been in a custody battle, and she had seen prior that there was little to no reason why she was keeping the child from Me. (This is when the real foul shit starts) Janie begins to inform her new best friend that her and I had did

drugs in Mexico, (a vacation without my kids of course back when Janie and I started messing around). Not relating any of that to who I am as a father, Yuridia proceeded to use that against me in order to get what she wanted in court. Meanwhile I am oblivious to this as I wait

trial. Living my life as usual until I woke up to rocks through my front and back car windows. Now knowing that I had a good reason to believe this wasJanie, The SCARY PART was that it was also Yuridia ! At this point I was pissed but had no proof. I knew that they had started to

team up against me but to throw rocks at my shit? So I told the love of my life look I got a plan, I need to get back with in good with Janie. to be there when my son is born and sign the birth certificate, because she wouldn’t allow me to be apart of the process if she doesn’t

believe we are together. See what she knows to help me with Brielle’s case, because that Mexico vacation fucked me. I finess my way back into janies good graces by telling her, me and my girl broke up. Of course she takes me back and drops the order so

Now the plan is in motion, I start to build rapport like the consultant I am! Leading her to believe my heart is all the way in it. As we await the ruling, I am slowly but surely getting her to put her guard down and trust me.

Then we get the verdict back and come to see that the judgment order is because of Janies witness statement that was falsified and illegally notarized by Yuridia and her friend CQ. I had to think quick and told Janie she had to give me everything she knew and had to help get me

my daughter back. I got everything! she willingly testified against herself and Yuridia in hopes that this would earn my trust an put her in good standing with my family. Even gave up the friends that had been stalking me too!

CQ , Kassy , Shannel and my old homie Sujey along with Yuridia. Now I see how Yuridia was really moving when trying to portray to the world I’m a danger to myself and my daughter. The plan had now started to go better than expected.

Leading up to my sons birth I was being harassed by Yuridia’s friend CQ, she was digging up any and everything to get me out of character. With Janie on my team
And Yuridia being overly boastful about ruining my life as best she could. She sends Janie screenshots of her friends

chat. Now why would you trust someone who messed with both of your baby dads ? Anyways now I have the screenshots, I have now what incriminates them both for the car. The custody case in which Yuridia lies under oath. Stating she knew nothing of what happened to my vehicle. Also

I came to find out as well, they wanted me setup two different times now. Yuridia sends me this email, telling me how my behavior is what drives the wedge between me seeing my child. I send her the screenshot of my car. Yuridia in a panic, texted Janie and asked how I got the

screenshots? she says that I went through her phone. Now in Janies testimony, she testified that it was the both of them who vandalized my car. Yuridia wasn’t able to get ahead of the officers call, to know what Janie had said. So Yuridia still panicking, calls Janie to discuss

thus giving us the recorded call !
Now my son has been born and is a Jr. Instead of just carrying only my last name. Fast forward to now 3 months later, the only reason Janie is acting out is because She found out exactly what you just read ! She was double crossed and now is

trying to prove to you that she crossed me. (JR comes in) Creepy dude been at it with me just indirectly for a while. Not understanding that after my plan was complete he could have her and maybe finally hit instead of only getting some toe action.

She gives him my address, he comes from California to fight me after threatening me and my daughter. Ends up getting lumped up after pepper spraying me trying to defend Janie, the bitter baby mama who is upset because she found out I had a girlfriend.

I was never like this prior to meeting these women. I have never plotted, intentionally deceived or tried to play women. I was plotted against and made to appear as if I was a bad father and person.

I did this to defend myself in an attempt to be in my childrens lives and it’s being made impossible by these women. They know I’m a great person and an even better father which is why they became bitter after we split.

I have always known who I was dealing with when dealing with Janie. I did this for my kids so that I can’t be shut out their lives based on personal feelings. I’m just trying to be a father.
