Also, I read thru news reports & extracted info on donors to PM-CARES who have publicly declared the amounts.
Mind u - this does NOT include donations from people/anonymous donations.
The total raised in 3 days is 7314 crores - DOUBLE of what PMNRF currently has reserve.

A simple guesstimate would say that the amount would be way over 15,000 crores.
There's ZERO CLARITY on how these funds are being spent. Zero clarity on how it's given to states.

If the exemption was already granted, why did the Modi Govt bring in a hurried ordinance after 4 days (bypassing Parliament) to amend the IT Act itself?
