Quarantine log day #22: today I only did one productive thing, but at least I got a pretty picture out of it.

Today I figured I’d try to create my own sourdough starter just for funsies, as I’ve never done it before.

I started reading up about it to learn how, but then I fell down a sourdough history/lore/science/religion rabbit hole.... and it’s *fascinating*.
