It started w @NYGovCuomo using incarcerated workers to make hand sanitizer. The shop is open around the clock. People are earning ~$0.60/hour. In Florida, incarcerated workers at a prison in Avon Park are producing thousands of gallons of hand sanitizer and cleaning products every day.
In California, incarcerated workers in Los Angeles are manufacturing hand sanitizer for use in prisons and in other state agencies.
