20-inch pots for tomatoes and bell peppers and 14-inch pots for serrano and habanero peppers good enough?

Ok finally have everything potted after a second trip to Lowe’s cuz I underestimated how much potting mix I would need

-2 kinds of tomatoes
-Green bell peppers
-Habanero peppers
-Serrano peppers
-German thyme
