All the comfort food we& #39;ve been making. What have you feasted on during these uncertain times?

Two cooks in the house needing the stress relief so this is what happens.
My wife requested palabok so I had to feed my prisoner. This comforting noodle dish is a Filipino staple, but is usually made with packaged seasoning mix. I& #39;m proud to say we make it from scratch. Today we used stock from danggit since we don& #39;t have shrimp heads. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="πŸ‘" title="Thumbs up" aria-label="Emoji: Thumbs up">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😍" title="Smiling face with heart-shaped eyes" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with heart-shaped eyes">
My wife requested pancit, so that& #39;s what she got. Things uttered during this meal include:
"I have never eaten so well in my life."
and
"Who needs restaurants, really?"
When she has a craving you& #39;d better believe she& #39;s gonna make it happen! Pizza with lavash, homemade sauce, sausage, onions, fresh oregano and cheese, served with grilled romaine and balsamico, avocado, and giardiniera.
Short rib banh mi with pickled rainbow carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, shishito peppers, Sriracha aioli, romaine and avocado in a tapioca baguette. Served with celery and apple salad. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😘" title="Face throwing a kiss" aria-label="Emoji: Face throwing a kiss">

Kimchi jigae, tapsilog, pizza buns, grilled cheese sandwich.
Kongjang (braised soy beans) is my favorite banchan so of course I learned how to make it a while back. It& #39;s just soy sauce, sugar, water and sesame oil simmered to a light syrup consistency. I used canned black soy beans but I& #39;ve used different dry beans before. So good!
Hey hey hey sinigang& #39;s all here
The smell of homemade beef tapa in the air is love.
