If you have a 3D printer & live in the Oxford area (UK) let me know. I am making face-shields for medics testing people for COVID-19. I now have more demand than I can produce. I need help to print more headbands. I can assemble the rest, sterilise them & arrange distribution.

2. I'm printing in PLA, as I'm waiting for an order of a better material - PETG. PLA must not be cleaned with heat, hot water or steam - it will distort.

3. This is the design I'm using. I've chosen it because the clear face-visors can be made from thick A4 document covers, hole-punched with a standard punch on the A6 setting. Round corners with scissors. I'm using the file rc2_3-hex-holes.stl https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/26241-face-shield-a4-binding-sheet-easy-punching/files
