Yesterday I got a tip that Hobby Lobby was secretly reopening stores and violating state-mandated closures. One of three remaining stores opened briefly on Monday before being forcibly shutdown by police. When I called this store in West Allis, Wisconsin, an employee told me the store was closed but employees were still there "working on projects."
