My first entry for quarantined #StarchMadness is an easy but rich pasta al limone, the acid flavor married nicely with the creamy and cheesy sauce
I took the leftover pasta al limone and modified it for lunches. First up, I sautéed some onions and sliced tomatoes, tossed in some peas, and then warmed the pasta. A delicious quarantined #StarchMadness meal.
Lastly, I minced and sautéed garlic, added fresh spinach, and a bit of hot pepper sauce. The heat was a fun kick while the lemon flavor still came through #StarchMadness
Had a couple ripe bell peppers and plenty of onions, so decided to make shakshuka. Since I didn't have challah (or any bread, for that matter), I turned it into pasta form #StarchMadness #QuarantinePasta
Simple, classic, and fast to make, cacio e pepe makes for a perfect light lunch #StarchMadness #QuarantinePasta
I've always found radiatori to be a fun shape. I made homemade marinara sauce and spiked it with a generous helping of red pepper flakes and pepper jack cheese for a spicy and amazing meal. #StarchMadness #QuarantinePasta
