#Covid19 UPDATE THREAD: Today, we’ve published the applicant guidance for two of our Emergency Response Package funds: one to support individuals and the other for organisations outside our National Portfolio. Emergency funding for INDIVIDUALS: we are supporting artists, creative practitioners and freelancers with £20 million. The fund opens to applications on 9 April. Guidance & FAQs: https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/funding/financial-support-artists-creative-practitioners-and-freelancers
This fund includes £4 million contribution towards Benevolent funds incl. a-n, Dance Professionals Fund, Equity, Help Musicians UK, Outdoor Arts UK, Theatrical Guild and Society of Authors. Emergency funding for ORGANISATIONS: £50 million is available to arts and culture orgs that aren’t part of our National Portfolio. The fund opens to applications on 9 April. Guidance & FAQs: https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/funding/financial-support-organisations-outside-national-portfolio
We’ll be in touch soon about the third funding strand in our Emergency Response Package which will be available to National Portfolio Organisations.
