Hi guys, whoever have auto debit instruction with CIMB on 1st until 9th of each month, and would want to opt for the moratorium, please clear your bank account before midnight. Some didn't know that CIMB system will only be effective from 10th April 2020

Next auto debit cycle is on 5th, please do clear your CIMB account and leave RM20 je (min amount) until 10th April so the auto debit won't take place if you want to opt for the moratorium! Inform your friends, guys. Before all of them turn into Hulk. No kidding.
So the latest info I received, CIMB said they'll credit back the amount deducted through autodebit transaction. Whatever it is, let's wait for their official WRITTEN statement through their official site k, guys. Stay calm, and stop cursing at their staff.

Hi peepz, seorang Syahirah bersiaran lagi regarding on CIMB. They've updated their FAQ and now it stated that they will refund back by 15th April. I hope this clarifies all your queries. Keep calm, and be patience. Be considerate and nice towards each other kayh Goodnight!

Hi guys, please don't confused this thread with the recent incident of unknown direct debit transactions. It is two different matters. For auto debit transactions, they'll mentioned ipymt to loan. The one that I mentioned to be refunded by 15th is strictly for auto debit on loan
Hi you, yg direct debit ni issue lain. Yg auto debit ni, transaction dia akan mentioned i-payment to loan. Bukan direct debit.
