Customer Care, Exchange Office not picking phone calls?

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK hey, self care portal don't have any tarrif plan, Customer Care Service dont work, Exchange people don't pick phone, can't visit exchange because of lockdown.
Is there a way you can get my issue resolved.
Mind 4G of any network don't work in J&K.

@BSNL_JK as communicated, have mailed my concern to SDE Communication , but still my issue is not resolved. Can you ask someone in your Jammu -180012 office to contact me.
