Day 1 of @naval’s 60 day meditation challenge - 1 hour of free forming thoughts, no resistance.
Surprised that didnt have much trouble finishing 60 mins. Faced distractions that I’ll try to get rid of tomorrow. Overall, calming experience. Drifted towards several happy memories.

Day 3 of @naval’s 60 day meditation challenge.
Much improved session. Thoughts revolved around acknowledging sources of certain anxieties. Felt much closer to resolving them. Had to do the session one hour after waking up. Made me drift into sleep periodically.

Day 4,5 and 6 of @naval’s 60 day meditation challenge.
Thoughts revolved around past memories and future possibilities. Not atypical from thoughts at any other idle time during the day. How and when do thoughts get deeper, closer to resolution?
