I have period pains basically my entire cycle nd they’re worse when I’m on but even when I’m not they’re often so bad I can’t get out of bed ? What is this a symptom of bc surely this ain’t normal

Paramedics once thought my appendix had burst so rushed me to a&e and I had to stay in hospital for it to just be that I was about to come on my fucking period like that’s how bad they are

And my pain tolerance is HIGH like emotionally I am a baby but physically I can handle a lot of pain nd be alright
