"isolating all patients, even those with mild symptoms, away from their homes in central quarantine." Very important. Not necessarily at a hospital, but away from homes. (Otherwise numbers continue to rise. Confirmed by a Chinese friend)

(I could be wrong, but i think one way to contain it wud be inspect areas near mosques, check mosques across india. not out of islamophobia, but to contain since many attended congregation than traveled across country.)
