

trans day of visibility is how we show to the world that we exist & we deserve to do so without being harmed, but it’s also an opportunity to show others how badly we need to be supported within society as well.
as trans people, many of us are subject to compromised/disadvantaged/violent living situations & are lower/working class, so many of us find it more difficult to find work than cis people, especially as black trans people. with the rise of covid-19, this is amplified more so.
so i made this thread in order to hold space for black trans/non-binary people to receive the support they need. if you are an ally and/or in a place of privilege please donate! and please boost regardless of if you can donate or not!
