No big deal or anything but I actually slept at night, for nearly 8 hours, for the second night in a row? Insomnia who?
Day 3 of sleeping at a normal time and insomnia brain tried to rebel by giving me visceral nightmares of me being murdered by a time controlling cult
Day 4 of sleeping at a normal time I am astounded this continues to happen but I am excited?
Day 5 of normal sleep pattern and I might even go out for my government sanctioned walk today!
Day 6 of normal time sleep? And I feel? Almost human? Like? Better than I have in a year?
Day 7 and I am honestly astounded because I haven't a week of sleeping properly in more than 2 years and it really does make all the difference
Good morning, day 8 of sleeping like a normal human and I will continue to update this thread until such time that a healthy sleep schedule is no longer exciting news in my life
