So basically, mewlions during the 1st casting day has already shipped Mew and Gulf right before they got the roles as Tharn & Type. They were even the ones to introduce Gulf to Mew.

So we all know, Mew came in to the casting for the role of P'San. He never intended to get the role of Tharn at all. But during the 2nd day of casting, they asked Mew if he could do a scene with #64 for Tharn & Type.
