#BKDK A/B/O where O!Izuku finally gets a job after struggling for some time, despite his good curriculum, just to find that the leader of his team is no other than Bakugou Katsuki, the boy who bullied him for being an omega.
He wonders if he should just quit but when remembering all the process, the interview, the way that old alpha looked at him and everything he went through he decides against it, bracing himself and just hoping for the best.
"Say hello to Midoriya-san, Bakugou!" Tobita, an alpha, speaks happily, gesturing towards Katsuki. "Midoriya-san, this is the team leader, Bakugou Katsuki"

Izuku can see, for a second, understanding in Katsuki's red eyes before he smiles, wishing they have a good relationship
"Let me show where you'll work, Midoriya-san."

Izuku looks behind one more time and their eyes meet for one second before he's being called again by Tobita, that presses a hand into his shoulder.

Izuku can only think about how much he's doomed.
Despite his initial fear, Izuku actually has a good first week in his work.

Well, some of his coworkers gave him some hard times in the beginning, giving him lots of work (especially with spreadsheets) and physical tasks (somehow they still believed omegas were weaker).
Midoriya managed all of them without problems, quickly proving he deserved that spot.

The best part was that he hadn’t had any problems with Bakugou, who maintained some distance and only spoke with Izuku when it was essential.
(they used to be friends but Izuku worked through the years to call him by his surname instead of Kacchan.)

There was a lot of work and the blond didn’t seem very keen on losing time, more worried about the efficiency and speed of the team.
/Everything is just fine/

“Hey, Midoriya-kun! Can you come here?”

Oh well, almost everything. Especially because of Danjuro Tobita, the man who hired him in the first place but did nothing to hide about his opinions regarding omegas.
In the interview, he seemed surprised and amused to find a male omega and made a lot of stupid jokes Izuku had to ignore in order to get the job and during the days he would usually repeat some of them, trying to be friendly.
On some occasions, Izuku had to hold for dear life into his rational thoughts not to say anything that would compromise him, taking deep breaths to calm himself while he pretended to laugh.

/it could be worse, right?/
“Can you please tidy up room 203? There’s a lot of old papers and things needed to be clean so I think you’re the right man for this job!” He beams and Izuku fake-smiles, choking down a groan.

“Yes, of course! Don’t worry about it!” That shouldn’t be so hard, right?

Wrong.
When Izuku opens the door he discovers room 203 is basically the limbo of all papers and materials that ever existed in that office and that he now has a huge amount of work to do.
Quietly, Izuku wonders if all those “chores” will always be delegated to him. He moves boxes, organizes drawers and tons of papers, categorizing things in some empty folders he finds. It's a lot of work but he does nonetheless.
Everything is going good until Izuku tries to put one heavy box on the top of the shelf, struggling on his tiptoes to reach the height. He knows the effort it's gonna make him sweat but he doesn't give up, pushing it until there's no risk of the cardboard box falling anymore.
“Oy, Deku! What’s with the fucking smell?!”

Izuku feels his blood running cold.
