#MarketingTwitter Let’s move the job market to Spring 2021? It is probably not a good idea to meet in August or move fully to virtual interviews. It is also not healthy to add to PhD students’ mental load when they are worried about their own and loved ones’ health.

(For phd financing reasons and in case positions reopen, I think it may be better to have some market than none at all.)

Leaders of the field, we need your leadership, which is caring about people when they are struck with a disaster that is going to cause them long lasting trauma.

(There is no reason to have the job market so early anyway!)
