So I think I understand internal medicine. You have to figure out how much fluid is in the body, then you argue with people from different specialties about how much fluid is in the body, then you do an echo, then you add or remove fluid, sometimes both, then discharge.
You know I learned this from passively scrolling through twitter for 3 years so you only have yourselves to blame
