For what it’s worth to non-Gannetters it’s already been made clear to us this PM that the threshold wasn’t $38,000 vs $38,001(.60). It’s actually more like $37,999 vs $38,000. Off a recommendation from a peer I cross referenced my initial offer in case it offered leverage. Nope!
