Wife, deemed a non-essential employee per her union bargaining agreement, who was supposed to be off until at least next week, just received a call that all staff is deemed essential and she must report tomorrow.
She's apparently represented by the Vox Union.

This comes three days after a stay at home order from the Gov. IDK how this is possible.
Wife works at a prison. Some people at her work are def essential. A large portion of them are very much not. This not only puts the sincere non-essential employees at risk and their families, but the essential employees (and their families), and the prisoners.
It's irresponsible and shortsighted. @GovernorTomWolf This is in your purview. Why do a 'stay at home' order for the county of the prison, and surrounding counties, but then deem non-essential employees (per union agreement) essential during a crisis?
