I’m loving #21Days21Destinations ✈️ 🌍 Such a cool idea! Will be sharing a destination each day of the lockdown

Starting with Greece 🇬🇷
I travelled to Greece with friends in 2017. We planned every detail of the trip ourselves. I documented the planning process in this blog post.

I recently updated this post with 2020 prices https://gophari.com/greece-holiday-trip-plan-itinerary-cost-activities/
We spent 2 nights in Athens, 2 nights in Mykonos and 3 nights in Santorini.

We booked all of our accommodation via Airbnb. Our place in Santorini was the best. It’s called Cally Cave House
Santorini really does look how it looks in pictures online! 😍
Santorini also looks like this. I had only ever seen the white building images of Santorini so this was a nice surprise

Red Beach, Santorini, Greece 🇬🇷
While in Mykonos we stumbled upon this cocktail bar which is a great place to watch the sunset 🌅🇬🇷

It’s called Galleraki Cocktail Bar🍹
In Mykonos, we spent a lot of time walking through the narrow walkways of Mykonos Town. There are lots of little shops, restaurants & bars.

We were there in October which is off peak. So it was quiet and there were a lot of sales.
More to do in Mykonos

Chill at Paradise Beach 🏝 Look at the water 😍
In Athens, visit Acropolis of Athens

These are among the most famous historical buildings in Greece
Be prepared for the long queue for entry into Acropolis of Athens.

Bring some snacks and refreshments for the wait
You can plan a trip to Greece yourself 😁

If it’s on your wish list, I hope you make it there when we are able to travel again ✌🏾
