This song birthed timeless hits after hits and promzy’s “Wor Wor “ catch phrase

They also gave us “ Ahomka womu” , Ghana’s biggest export in the 2000s

6. Daddy Castro - Tofee
Notable mention to Castro , man had us doing the leg claps , gave us timeless hits from Sradenam to odo pa , May his soul Rest In Peace

7. Obrafour - Kwame Nkrumah ,
Obrafour is debatably the GOAT, the only one at par with him was Lord Kenya (Ghana 2pac)

Buk bak the first hiplife Ga duo, gave us timeless ga hits like gonja barracks , am goin to come , kaka Tsofa, tankas , man !!, I miss Ronny

These guys were good!! , sang about sex and we blindly danced to them

Odo Fitaa was unforgettable 4x4 really evolved but kept their sound and style throughout, real kings

Samini really killed the hook, had every kid singing “Yahooya yahooya yahoo Ye Ye Ye”

Fav childhood song, Lazy Dog had us shouting Naa Kwaley like mad men

Screwface buee buee yaae , he was so huge that you heard every song of his at a gbonyo party

This song really struck chords, that small Akwele broken heart
