•(G)I-DLE was formed by Cube Entertainment and debuted on May 2nd 2018.
•This is Cube's third girl group after 4Minute and CLC.
•The group's name basically means : a group of six different personalities gathered together.

•Soyeon••Real Name -> Jeon Soyeon / 전소연
•Born in South Korea
•Birth date -> August 26th 1998
•She joined Cube in 2014
•She's the leader, main rapper and a singer.
•She also is a songwriter, composer and producer and participated in most of idle's songs.
•Soyeon studied ballet when she was young and won numerous competitions.
•During her elementary school days, she attented many auditions but sadly didn't pass any of them.
•Later, she decided to pursue rapping. She rapped during auditions which led her to being noticed+

and starting to receive calls from different places. But their directions of music were different from hers so she decided to let go of her dream to start dancing again. She became her street dancer.
•In 2014, she passed the audition for Cube Entertainment and became a trainee.

•In 2016 she participated in the first season of produce 101 as a Cube trainee. Even though she was very popular during the show, she ranked at n°20 in the last episode and didn't debut as a member of the winning girl group I.O.I
•In 2016, she appeared in the 3rd season of unpretty rapstar. She showed what she was capable of, and got praised for her rapping skills. The show ended with Soyeon being second runner up and gaining 3 tracks on the show's final compilation album.
•She officially debuted on November 5th 2017 with two songs : "Jelly" and "Idle song" which she wrote herself.

•On September 28th 2018, the MV of "Wow Thing" got released with Seulgi, SinB, Soyeon and Chungha for SM Station.
