finally got my sleep schedule to function correctly. drank my first glass of water and now i& #39;m preparing breakfast! i got an email from my uni, and classes are cancelled until new notice so i guess that& #39;s more time for implementing new habits.

kind of an uneventful day but it was good non the less! i did my makeup, read a bit and took a nap after lunch lol. my nephew keeps motivating me to loose weight, and i hope that with his tips i can finally reach my goal.

woke up a little late, ups. but considering i& #39;m not having classes, and i& #39;m fortunate enough to be able to stay at home, i& #39;m allowed to have lazy days:(. gonna try to eat a little less at lunch cause i had a late breakfast ♡ and practice dance for at least 1h
