I have never ever cooked anything before (unless you count eggs and maggi). Today I made simple varaN bhat without burning down the house so I thought I'll use this lockdown to share cooking adventures. Think of it as a gareebon ka @krishashok thread
Day 1. varaN bhat. Doesn't get simpler. In fact tr00 Marathi manooses like @ranajeet_ugh don't even consider this cooking. But I'm just happy to still have a kitchen in a distinctly not burnt situation so here is my first humble offering
Day 2. Chapattis and Bhendi chi bhaji. I have new found respect for rotis now. Mine are all shapes like Russia but taste quite good. Bhendi also turned out surprisingly tasty
Day 3. Just used up the varaN from the day before to make a simple dal fry and rice
Day 4. Took a leap since yesterday and made lal maTh with chapati. Today I split the effort of cooking veg and making rotis so that it's more manageable.
Day 5. Peas, carrots and cauliflower pulao.
