The N1 Era :

She then is quiet for a another week until another savage x fenty commerical is released with the snippet in the back

By the end of that week the single is annouced along with the date

The Lead is called "Rent Free" the cover features a photo of normani (sort of like below) with everything any one has said about her

The Big Freedia featured track is set to be released May 8th after it is announced on May 1st

Normani releases a lyric video on the first day and the music video friday morning

The video has a big premiere on all channels (mtv,b.e.t.,vh1,nbc,abc,etc)

It is inspired by classic desert videos (example 'Got Me Good' by Ciara) with a normani twist

After the BBMAs are pushed back to june (most likely) she opening the show with the beginning of Motivation then its transitions to Rent Free

Normani continues to promote her lead with talk shows and night shows as they start filming again

During the time between During The Night and The next single she is featured on magazine covers , does snl and annouces the album title '1996'

On July 24th Normani releases a snippet of her 2019 documentary called first year out

It starts from a bit of bbmas 2018 rehearsals fast fowards to waves video along with dwas recording session and then officially starts with tour rehearsals

The 2 hour and a half documentary is first on youtube premium for the first 2 weeks and then on regular youtube

At the end of the documentary the album release date and tracklist is revealed along with the cover

The Documentary is released August 1st, it reveals the album cover, tracklist and official release date

Normani on the charts:
• Rent Free fell from the top 10 to top 40 late june then after the documentary went to top 35
• During The Night gets back on the chart in the top 75 after the documentary

The 2nd Official single 'This Right Here' ft. Missy Elliot annouced on August 7th

The single is released August 14th with the video

The video is named the best video of 2020 so far and the video gains 25M to 35M views in the first 24 hrs

The song debuts at #11

The performance launches This Right Here to Top 5 for 3 weeks then top 2 for a week

After the VMAs Normani spends the rest of August promoting This Right Here and 1996 which is set to be released September 4th

By The time it is time for the album to release Rent Free and During The Night begin to fall off of the chart

For the album release normani invites 16 fans from twitter to listen to the album on release night of the album
