It's occurred to me this month seems like the perfect opportunity to get fit.

What was meant to be a 5km turned into a 3km pretty quickly. Winter off-season has hit me hard. Not a fan of living on a hill... It's a start.
Tough one this morning. Been a long time since I've done pushups!
Good one today.
Bought FIFA 20 on Tuesday night and as such the exercise took a back seat. A guilt ridden, hilly 3.5km before dinner to try and make up for it.
Have lost track of updating this thread (and stopped following the plan) but have done some good hill runs and bikes.

Actually starting to feel better as well which is great.
