My favorite pork roast recipe calls for a glaze made out of honey, sherry, and soy sauce. But I have a jar of peach brandy jam on hand that I don’t like very much, so peach brandy glaze it is.
The recipe makes it look complicated, but I never bother with the rice pilaf or the gravy, so all I need is a pork roast, 24 pistachios, and any random jam or honey mixed with wine for the glaze. Easy Peezy.
