March 8th: 172.3 lbs after lots of binging on sugar, beer, junk food etc.
March 28th: 153.1 lbs after strict #zerocarb #carnivorediet beef lamb pork chicken cheese and eggs
Let’s do a thread so I can share all the things

I’ve used the Freestyle libre 2 for the last two weeks, starting at Low Carb Denver after Dr Mary Dan Eades installed it. I had a single high blood sugar event of 138 where I ate 4 KitKat bars and a half donut. That was the last ‘bad’ thing I’ve had, and I did it mostly 2 c rise
Here’s a screen recording of my last 2 weeks of daily graphs. Exercise with X3 might raise blood sugar to 110 or so, but rarely over that. I did drink liquor some of these days, and I think that dropped BS values as well.
Recent #zerocarb meals this week. Lamb burger, beef back ribs, sausage, slow cooked short ribs.
How to install a Freestyle Libre 2 while at lunch. @DrEades

CarniWay means a Carnivorous Way of Eating. 'Way of eating' or WoE is about building a long-term healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, easy, and feels natural. It's important to realize that a way of thinking must first be introduced. https://www.carniway.nyc/carnivorous-way-of-eating
Is it possible to live on animal foods alone?
TL:DR - Yes - cultures have survived off of only animal foods for millenia and modern people have been doing carnivorous diets for decades with no ill health. https://www.carniway.nyc/is-it-possible

CarniWay - Most people following the CarniWay do not worry too much about protein - which is a major constituent of all meat products and provides essential amino acids that are broken down during digestion and absorbed by the body. https://www.carniway.nyc/protein

Figuring out if eating an all meat diet is sustainable is not easy - but I've tried to put as many of the leaders in this field in one place.

Most of my effort went into building this database, full of history and science that shows that people knew we were carnivores long before we decided to trust dietitians.

https://www.carniway.nyc/history/beaumont-digestion-gastric-juice The first doctor to experiment with digestion was able to use a man who had a hole in his stomach to see what was being digested. The hole was made from an accidental musket blast from just feet away.
