Feel better today. Have had some pretty scary moments that caused me to rewrite my will. SpO2 back up to 99% with few symptoms. Enough energy to finally start cleaning house in small, incremental steps. There was a time that walking to the bathroom took superhuman effort....
My progression: diarrhea, general headache that eventually became a migraine in eyes, sniffles and sore throat with dry cough, body aches, low-grade fever controlled by Tylenol, sleeping a lot, sore throat lasting weeks, malaise. Got better a week or more. Then...
Recrudescence (as that’s suspected rather than re-infection), diarrhea x 1 day instead of initial 3, unshakable headache tylenol and Advil didn’t touch, back to sore throat, malaise that made it hard to walk short distances. Breathlessness throughout both episodes, but chest...
Tightening and soreness in the first episode for days. I still can’t get a test. Been in self quarantine for weeks. Every case wil vary some most likely and have a varying clinical picture.
Oxygen levels (down to 96-7% second episode (didn’t have finger pulse SpO2 in first episode) were likely lower in first episode. I felt like I couldn’t get enough air. But at the time, it was not possible to get medical care during first episode. Still don’t qualify for test.
I did not have the sensation of struggling for air during the second episode (where SpO2 showed pretty normal but finally increased to my normal at 99%). No chest tightening or the pain in my back where lungs are like first episode. Much easier except malaise was worse second.
Cancel that. Malaise just seemed worse second. It was bad in the 1st episode too. May have seemed worse the 2nd because Ive been low energy and exhausted for a month, only leaving bed when necessary. Had almost a week of feeling better then slammed again.

Dry cough in first episode was prounced, lasted weeks, and during the worst happened so often that every breath was challenging. Second episode to date the Dry cough is occasional and controlled by over-the-counter meds that didn’t work first episode
