Naruto/ Naruto Shippuden sad original soundtracks; a thread
1. Chichi to haha/ mother & father

This ost does me wonders. It makes me feel all sorts of things. While it was originally played for Kushina and Minato's back story, it was also played during this scene which made me cry very hard. It's probably my favorite ost ever.
2. Kakashi to obito

This one is an extension of obito's theme, also known as "I've seen too much". It's so emotional, & so so beautiful.
3. Shirohae

this one is probably the first naruto ost i fell in love with after grief and sorrow, and it made me very emotional especially that I couldn't stop listening to it after finishing shippuuden
4. Scene Of Disaster

this one was played during the kakashi vs obito fight, which always gives me chills. it's so melancholic it's actually insane
can u tell i love obkk
5. despair

Also known as Sasori's theme, which is another devastating ost that makes me shed so many tears
6. tragic

this one was first played in chiyo's death scene, if i'm not wrong. It's epic yet sad, and just /tragic/.
7. gentle hands

you guessed it. this was played during kushina and naruto's reunion. so many tears, so many tears
8. man of the world

this one reminds me of both Itachi and Sasuke. It just conveys their aura, their sad story and the way they sacrificed their image in order to protect what is dear.
9. daymare

this is from naruto the movie: the last, and honestly it's just so beautiful and makes you feel hinata's lifelong feelings for none other than Naruto-kun
9. oh! student and teacher affection

this ost got me in my feels, for real. probably most underrated, and one of the most beautiful. now, excuse me while i go cry over team guy
10. samidare

this one just reminds me of team 7, and yes tears. a lot of them. whenever i listen to it i remember how they were, and how far they've become. just a lot of feels honestly.
and well, yes. Those are my top 10 sad ost from Naruto. There are more I enjoy, like grief and sorrow, sadness and sorrow, loneliness, fallen dead leaves, etc. but these hit most.
I would also like to thank Toshio Matsuda and Yasuharu Tanakashi for those masterpieces <3
