This is Jeremy Corbyn being secretly snapped while he was fundraising for charity. A decent, principled man - who’s only interest was serving others - he got utterly mauled by the British media.

It’s a lesson for those on the left: solidarity means standing together. Learn it.

There are others who think they have to be the cleverest person in the room, or play 4 dimensional chess. But in fact the moment Labour played those games they lost any authenticity.

I suspect that will be a hallmark of whoever leads next.
