Any ideas what species the little red number is?

My finchy friends came back for a second helping of metal mesh and I noticed one had 4, I'm guessing, tracking bracelets around it's legs.
Silver, pink, yellow & blue.

Updates on what the House Finches have been up to lately.

Mama bird been destroying my screen while Daddy plays look out. At least their nest will be strong. I have to look into new screens.
