@RBI recommends / suggests / allows / implores moratorium of all term loans to banks for three months, with due dates from 1-Mar-2020 to 31-May-2020

The announcement date: 27-Mar-2020

Which means, the month of March is lost to supposedly benefited customers
Which EMI is debited in the month-end?

All lenders make sure that the EMIs are debited from the borrowers' accounts on or before 15th of the month

SO in effect @DasShaktikanta has garnered free publicity of a supposedly good act of 3 months' moratorium by actually giving ...
... 2 months' moratorium only.

These are all well-paid, well-taken-care of and very experienced bureaucrats.

But so painfully disconnected with the regular middle class / salaried / loan-burdened folks

They couldn't get this ONE thing right ... can't get an announcement clearly.
What should we call such nincompoops?

Can't these heartless history-major bureaucrat power-seat occupiers get at least their response act right?

Clarification - quotes from @rvaidya2000 and @Sanju_Verma_ needn't be construed to be criticism about their efforts - they clarified and tried helping.

The criticism is ALL about the bureaucrats (which these two good folks aren't, thankfully), the chief of them being in / of RBI
Update from my family member with a loan from @ICICIBank_Care

The lousy google form is gone. The same is moved into another website (internal under the icicibank dot com domain, thankfully) called moratorium dot ... But same set of questions being asked all over again!
If the @ICICIBank buffoons can identify her by her PAN card and Mobile combo, can't they identify the loan account details?

They don't and the customer is expected to choose from a laundry list of Cat-A and Cat-B type of loans (auto-opt-in / opt-out respectively)
Clearly, it shows that @ICICIBank_Care is a foolish name, purposefully hiding that they don't care

I have advised my friend to fight hard (yes, wasting time to reach ICICI Bank on their customer care numbers too)

And then, if possible, have the moratorium effected
In case they fail - their website isn't taking entries as we spoke half-hour ago - move the loan to SBI which had a seamless movement to moratorium

The Chors of ICICI Bank deserve the dump they should be getting after this fiasco!
