As you can understand, many of our agents are now working from home, so from this Saturday, we will be suspending calls to our inbound call centre at weekends, and instead increasing our availability on all online channels including Facebook, Twitter, Live chat and Whatsapp.
With immediate effect, we are now working on an emergency-based service that prioritises repairs on cooking, refrigeration and washing appliances, as well as limited availability for vulnerable customers with dishwashers and tumble dryers.
During these uncertain times we know having fully functioning appliances is critical for you and your family. We are doing our utmost to support you, yet we must ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues is our priority.
