FLYING SEMI trucks !

Yes, they are possible.

Yes, I have several concepts

Yes, it will be much cheaper

Yes, they are 1/10th the fuel of a Boeing

Yes, UPS, FEDEX and USPS will be much more expensive with EV tech than with my engine.

Yes, Door to Door with my Tech...future.
Notice the many steps. My tech eliminates about 2/3rds of the steps. @UPS @FedEx @USPS

Happy to discuss it with you three. If not, good luck. Change is a coming...
Package car
Hub
package car

3 steps vs 9.

The package car is PART of an airplane, like a tractor is to a trailer. Join and fly. Uncouple, drive.

Package is 1/2 scale size of flying semi.
Package does 4-8 pallets
Flying semi 64 pallets in 4 pallet containers 55 high...
The package car can be the postal car getting 80-100+ mpg. Full brake recovery, unlike EV. Great thermal for cold days. AWD. Can tow many trailers like mini semi to allow better hub and spoke delivery mail box to box. Fly in, deliver on ground to remote town, fly back...
If @potus @realDonaldTrump wants to stop funding the USPS, then he should set up an appointment with the post office and we have a chat. They will be the LOW COST provider with this technology...by far. Door to door to every mail box. Next day on most all e-commerce.
A 90% scale is 1/2 the size of the flying semi which is 1.8 times the full size. Follow?

This makes for two bins side by side on a flat bed semi trailer (any trailer common trailer...not special). Double stack them. 56 feet long with over length at cab. Tractor allows...
The tractor allows the coupling to the airframe. You CANNOT do this with a piston engine, turbo prop or EV system. All three engine systems can't work and get the 10x fuel economy over Boeing. All packages you buy on line will be flown because it is CHEAPER to fly than ground.
There is a sweet spot of speed and hub distances. Flying is 4-6 times faster than ground.

For ex, 2000 miles takes 8 drive+10 rest+8+10+8+10+8=62hrs=2.6 days. vs 10-13 hrs depending on priority (150-200 mph).

Slow flying, new efficient engine and new aerodynamics are key.
This would take a while to transition the USPS to this new system. When done, they will be the fastest and lowest cost producer...or be out of business...or at should be.

No more excuses. No more bail outs.
Or at LEAST should be out of business.

We need a postal service. Time to make them the best, fastest and more reliable and energy efficient. The others (UPS and FEDEX) will follow.

Amazon should be broken up, so I don't consider them. Their business model is invalid...
