it’s not weird to message your friends out of the blue. if you don’t know what to say try something like “hey! was just thinking of you. down to chat about whatever or to just say hi”
if the words don& #39;t come that& #39;s ok. and remember that you can always string together a bunch of simple words to convey a complicated thought. there is power in simplicity.
growth is a much better motivator than shame
listen to your body. take time to exist in your body rather than just your mind.
you deserve to be free of your own expectations
