My head was feeling super foggy and bad, and I feel better now that I've done my yoga.

It was ab stuff and it was difficult but I did it!!! Mostly!!!

Waited too late to do today's yoga before dinner so I had to do it late. Didn't really enjoy it after eating, so I'll try to be better abt time management tomorrow.

I really didn't feel like doing it today, but it was really short, and I got it done.

I slept funny on my neck and it hurts a lot so I am not gonna do my normal yoga. I did a yoga specifically for upper back & neck relief, and I'll do the real Day 11 tomorrow. But hey, I did do yoga today!!!

My neck still hurts today but I did my yoga anyway. And my neck feels better now that I've done it.
